  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, metadata of audio files uploaded for test analysis. Purpose: Website improvement, performance analysis, and development of voice processing algorithms.
  • Voice/acoustic data: Audio files, voice samples, or acoustic parameters you voluntarily provide for technical demonstrations. Purpose: Processing to provide analysis results and improve our signal processing technologies.

We do not process voice biometric data for identification without your explicit and separate consent.

Legal Basis and Retention

The legal basis for processing is your consent (when contacting us or using demo tools), the performance of pre-contractual measures (quotations), and our legitimate interest in improving our technological services.

We retain contact data as long as we maintain an active relationship. Technical and usage data is retained in anonymized form. Test audio files are automatically deleted within a maximum period of 30 days.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use necessary technical cookies for the site's operation and analytical cookies (such as Google Analytics) to understand the use of our platform. We do not use cookies for behavioral advertising.
